Minister Garang

It’s still undeniable that the unity government between Reik Machar and Salva Kiir will not work, with in the first week in office the latter as the President and the former as the Vice President, a lot has happened between the two that makes peace lovers ask themselves whether the two will work for the East African country till the 2018 elections without any other conflict. Yesterday was the Ministerial Meeting dubbed the Council of the Ministers meeting and Garang Mabior the minister who is on side of Reik Machar was chased by Salva Kiir saying that he was dressed inappropriately.

The Minister who was dressed in a black suit with a white shirt and bow tie was showed direction to the exit by the current President of South Sudan Salva Kiir. “….arriving home after-being kicked out by Salva Kiir from the first sitting of the Council of Ministers for Being inappropriately dressed” said the minister as he continued to show the problems of South Sudan which the president should have focused on other than his dressing code “Meanwhile there is no fuel in Juba ... and people are still in UNMISS - POC's”

After being advised by his master the Vice President His Excellency Reik Machar, the minister decided to go home and change the dressing code. This time he removed the bow tie and used the African necktie and then added the cowboy top as most South Sudanese do including their President Salva Kiir. To his worry, he was again denied entry by the body guards of the president. “after coming home and changing my bow tie at the advice of the First Vice President Dr. Riek Machar Teny-dhuorgon...I returned to the Council of Ministers Meeting...only to be harassed and barred from entry by Salvador Kiir's bodyguards” Said Garang as he cursed the earth.

He concluded reminding the president Salva Kiir that this cabinet won’t be easy as he expects, even barring him from entry won’t help in anything as they are ready to work for the development of South Sudan “they should understand that his TGONU will not be business as usual...change is here” and he begged people who are near Salva Kiir to tell him that times of dictatorship are over. It’s now the time for democracy. “someone tell Salva Kiir that the days of dictatorship are over” concluded the troubled Minister.
